MOVED TO Blur are an English band. Formed in London in 1988 as Seymour, the group consists of singer/keyboardist, guitarist/singer, bassist and drummer. Blur's debut album (1991) incorporated the sounds of and. Following a stylistic change influenced by English guitar pop groups such as, and, Blur released (1993), (1994) and (1995).
