This is a great game to have on your PC if you're looking for some multiplayer games, it is just like Halo 5 on the Xbox aside from the fact that there is no matchmaking and any way to rank up which in a way I could understand but kind of stinks regardless. It is also not cross-platform so you are not able to play with your friends on the Xbox One, only PC friends. I still found a way to customize your Spartan even though it is a little out of they way, just need to go to Halo Waypoint website and find it somewhere there. The forge takes a little bit of getting used to if you played the Xbox version before this one, but it is still solid and very smooth building/playing experience. But besides those small issues (small to me at least) I still find this to be an enjoyable part of my PC game library and will probably be playing around with it for more hours to come.
I have to say, the keyboard and mouse make Forge a lot easier and vastly more in-depth with customization. I did have problems with installing/finding the App, but with a quick fix it is easy! It requires you to go and find the Windows 10 Anniversary Update on the Microsoft website. You need to manually find and download this update to get access to Halo 5: Forge, because my computer notified I was 'current & up-to-date' with my updates but that wasn't the case.
The Anniversary update doesn't automatically update so you'll need to download it. The update requires 20+ Gigs to install while Halo 5: Forge requires 30+ Gigs to install as well. All in all I must commend Microsoft and 343 Industries with the continuous updates, community help, and overall legendary service to the fans of the Halo series. I can't wait to see what the future holds!I hope this helps!
