Nas Y Damian Marley Distant Relatives Zip
Final Thoughts: Yeah I didn’t like this album that much. I don’t really hate it, but I guess the farthest I will go is that I half-heartedly dislike it, half-heartedly because some messages on here might serve the world pretty well considering this album debuted at Number 5 on Billboard. I will admit to liking the beats more on here as it seems like Damian Marley didn’t allow Nas to even to hear the beat until the day of the recording session. The problem is that Damian Marley’s ear for beats is about 40 to 60 good to bad ratio, but at least it isn’t 20 to 80 good to godawful ratio by Nas, well at least until Nas released Life Is Good.

Damian Marley And Nas Songs
And this review wraps up Nas's discography on a low note. From listening to all his albums I've noticed L.E.S has contributed over 30 beats from Illmatic up to Hip Hop is Dead (excluding God's Son) and about 2 or 3 of them are at least good. He also, unsurprisingly, produced the weakest track on Illmatic (in my opinion). I have to disagree with your opinion on 'One Time 4 Your Mind'; the laid back simplicity of that song is what makes it great. Overall, for such a talented rapper he has consistently let us down with his weak ear for beats. Illmatic is damn near a masterpiece but most of the producers on that album are Top 10 Hip Hop Producers of all time which explains why there's not a single beat on there that is terrible.
