Hi all, I just upgraded from a Mikro to a Maschine Mk2. I have downloaded all the necessary but need a serial number for Maschine 2 to work, but I have nothing among my documentation. I am waiting for NI support to get back to me, but wondering if anyone has any thoughts or a similar experience.
It is a bit annoying to buy one, and have it sitting there for a few days unused. CheersYou can see all your serial numbers on the Support website.

Login to your NI account. You can also view them in Service Centre. Ghost image disk. There's no need to contact support for serial numbers.
